Full one hour 1 on 1 fitness training.

The sessions start time is 15 mins after booking time i.e. 5:00pm booking time 5:15pm start time and will run for a full hour from there. You can book blocks of 10 sessions at a discounted price, ask for more information!! I also offer shorter sessions at 45 mins or 30 mins, again if you are interested please ask for more information.
